At Proverbs University, our certification programs are thoughtfully designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience. Each program is made up of four modules, with each module consisting of four courses. The first three modules focus on training content and related activities that are specific to the certification topic, while the final module includes the capstone presentation, self-reflection, final exam, and post-program action planning materials. To achieve certification status, you must successfully complete all components of the program. We believe that this structure provides a well-rounded education and prepares you for success in your chosen field.

We offer hybrid-designed certification programs to give you the best of both worlds. The training is conducted through a combination of live virtual sessions and self-paced learning. Prior to attending the live virtual sessions, you will be expected to complete some course work to ensure that you get the most out of the experience. Here is an overview of the certification program flow: Begin by completing your scheduled Onboarding Week, which is scheduled over three days, four hours each day, during specific weeks allowing time for appropriate training on how to navigate Proverbs University's learning technology while meeting other students in your cohort. These sessions are scheduled six times a year in January, March, May, July, September, and November. Move on to the first three modules of the certification program, comprising 12 courses. Each course includes three learning objectives and related activities, taking approximately four hours to complete. During this stage, you will be assigned a Learning Journey Coach who will serve as your primary point of contact while you complete these self-paced modules. Finally, complete your scheduled Capstone Week, which is scheduled over four days, four hours each day, during specific weeks to reflect on your newly acquired skills, engage in a group presentation, complete the final exam, and create a post-program action plan that will help set you up for success after the program. These sessions are scheduled six times a year in February, April, June, August, October, and December. We believe that this format provides a well-rounded and effective learning experience that prepares you well for your career experience.

We understand that everyone's schedule is different, which is why our certification programs offer great flexibility. You can register for a program at any time of the year and complete it at your own pace. Whether you are able to finish in as little as a month or take the full 12 months to complete, we give you full control over how you want to start and complete your program. However, please note that you must complete the program in its entirety within 12 months from the first day of your Onboarding Week experience. We believe this gives you ample time to learn and grow, while also ensuring that you stay on track to achieve your goals.

Assignments are designed to help you apply the concepts you are learning in class to real-world situations. Assignments may include pre-assignments, discussion questions, case studies, and knowledge checks.

We believe in the value of focused and deliberate learning at Proverbs University, which is why we require students to complete one program before moving on to the next. This approach ensures that students have a solid foundation in each subject area, which can ultimately lead to better mastery and long-term success.

At Proverbs University, applying for certification is a seamless process that can be completed through a single application form. Simply fill out the form and complete the appropriate assessments. During the application process, you will have the opportunity to select your onboarding and capstone weeks based on your schedule. Once you have completed the necessary steps, you can pay the applicable tuition fees and begin your journey towards certification. Our team is always available to guide you through the application process and answer any questions you may have. We are committed to helping you achieve your professional goals and look forward to reviewing your application.

We want to ensure that our certified practitioners maintain the highest level of excellence in their field, which is why we require certain steps to maintain your certification. Along with living out our core values, you must apply for recertification six months prior to the expiration date of your certification. Additionally, you must complete at least 24 hours of professional development training through Proverbs University. The recertification fee is $300, which includes access to our professional development catalog for recertification. We provide a schedule of professional development offerings to our alum on a monthly basis to make it easy for you to fulfill this requirement. We believe that this requirement will help you stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and continue expanding your knowledge and skills.

If you are unable to renew your certification prior to the expiration date, you will have a 30-day grace period in which you can still apply for recertification. However, please note that there will be an additional fee of $150 for late recertification applications. If you are unable to renew your certification during the grace period, you will need to retake the certification program and meet all requirements for certification again. We encourage all certified practitioners to plan ahead and submit their recertification application at least six months before the expiration date to avoid any additional fees or the need to retake the program. The tuition fees for each certification program is $3,750.

We are pleased to include various benefits with your tuition at Proverbs University. These benefits include program assessments, access to learning materials, the guidance of a Learning Journey Coach, designation of Certified Practitioner status upon completion of the program, and membership to our alum network. Yes. We understand that paying for a certification program upfront can be challenging for some individuals, which is why we offer payment plans to make it more accessible. Our payment plan requires an initial payment of $1,000 upfront to secure your spot in the program. The remaining balance is split into three payments due at the start of each module. We believe that this flexible payment option allows you to manage your finances while pursuing your professional goals. If you have any questions or concerns about our payment plans, our team is always available to assist you.

Yes. Proverbs University values corporate partnerships and offers a 10% discount to companies that register at least 10 employees for a certification program. To be eligible for the discount, all registered employees must engage in the learning experience as part of one cohort. We believe that this is a great way to encourage group learning and development within organizations. A request for tuition refund may only be granted based on an official withdrawal from the program, and may take up to 15 business days to receive. Refund allocations will be subject to the following criteria: A. If you withdraw from the certification program prior to your designated program start date, you will be entitled to a full refund less an administrative fee of $100. The total refundable amount is $3,650.00. B. If you withdraw from the certification program before your scheduled Module 2 start date, you will be entitled to a 75% refund less an administrative fee of $125. The total refundable amount is $2,687.50 C. If you withdraw from the certification program before your scheduled Module 3 start date, you will be entitled to a 50% refund less an administrative fee of $150. The total refundable amount is $1,725.00 E. If you withdraw from the certification program before your scheduled Module 4 start date, you will be entitled to a 25% refund less an administrative fee of $175. The total refundable amount is $762.00. F. If you withdraw from the certification program any time after the Module 4 start date, you will NOT be entitled to a refund for any reason.
